ACAR utilizes available resources to support hand-on member rescue organizations. When you support ACAR, you are supporting those rescue organizations in the placement, rescue and rehabilitation of Akitas, as well as educating the public about the Akita. ACAR also assists when a lost/found Akita is reported, utilizing social media and communicating with member rescues.
